On the eve of the clash at the Bentegodi stadium Carlo Ancelotti during the press conference spoke about tomorrow’s clash against Chievo and the team’s conditions at the end of the week of work.
MILANELLO – These are the declarations of coach Carlo Ancelotti today from the press hall of Milanell, on the eve of the match against Chievo:
ON TOMORROW’S GAME AGAINST CHIEVO
“Chievo is a team who is fighting to avoid relegation and has won many points in the last games. Tomorrow’s game will be a delicate and important one like all those which await us from now until the end of the season.”
ON THE INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS AND THE TEAM’S CONDITIONS
“The team is fine, we have worked throughout the week to prepare tomorrow clash against Chievo and our condition has improved.
Kaka had a good week of work and also his condition has improved
When Shevchenko came in against Lecce he did well. His condition is good, he’s motivated and my doubts are tied to the fact that I want to take in consideration Sheva in a different way because I see him very competitive.
I don’t know if Ronaldinho will start from the beginning, he’s in competition with other players and I will decide tomorrow.”
ON THE ANTI-CHIEVO FORMATION
“The only things that I have clear are the goalkeeper and the defence, whereas I will decide about the midfield and the attack tomorrow. In defence, since Maldini is unavailable, Zambrotta, Senderos, Favalli and Jankulovski will play.”
