At the end of the match at San Siro against Lecce, the Rossoneri are happy about the victory obtained near the end of the match and the three important points in the Champions League race.

MILAN - Here are the declarations made by the Rossoneri after Milan-Lecce 2-0:
PHILIPPE SENDEROS:
"It was important to get three points, it doesn't matter whether I scored or Ronaldinho. It was fundamental to win for the team, especially at San Siro in front of our fans.
The match was difficult, Lecce were closing down well at the back and we struggled to find spaces, but we had the right patience and we were rewarded with this victory which brings us in a good position in the Champions League race.
Now we want to continue like this. There was a lot of emotion after the goal, personally I am happy to be a part of this team."
FILIPPO INZAGHI:
"It was a tough match and I am happy because we obtained an important result. Lecce were well-organised. We started well, but we couldn't get an early goal, which would have changed the match. Then we managed to score on a set piece. On my goal, instead, I have to thank Shevchenko because the merit is all his. I see him well, also in training he works well.
I am happy for the team because we are many champions and the coach has a lot to choose from to make the formation."
